Alana Wilson is an Australian-born, New Zealand-raised artist that works mainly in ceramic. Her work explores the primitive and the contemporary. She creates utilitarian shapes and then use experimental glazing techniques that results in a textured and decaying surface. She lives and works in Sydney.
